📡 Of course that was an April Fool’s joke – but it’s not that far-fetched.

Yesterday we claimed NASA, ESA and SETI were sending our music to a distant star system via laser.
Sounds crazy – but truth is: SHAKRA has been in space for a long time.

Our first song hit the radio in 1998.
And radio waves travel at the speed of light – 300,000 km per second.
27 years have passed since then.
That means our sound has already reached 27 light years into space.

🪐 Within that zone are stars like Sirius, Procyon, Altair or Vega.
And in at least two of those systems, scientists discovered potentially habitable exoplanets:
• 🌍 Tau Ceti → 2 planets in the habitable zone
• 🌍 Luyten’s Star → 1 potential candidate for life

So if anyone out there is listening – they may have heard SHAKRA.
No laser needed.
(And it wouldn’t be faster anyway 😉)
